How to be sure uf my streering box is the cause of sloppy streering

My front end is sloppy an I can't figure out the cause. If I pull the pitman are down there is a tiny bit of motion in and out. Nothing crazy though. any ideas?

your tie rod ends may need some tightening or they are just worn out and are like a hot dog in a soup can too loose they are easy to replace. maybe a new steering stablizer is in need too.
