Looking for rear bumper w/ tire carrier

Hello all. Im in search of a cheap rear bumper with a tire carrier and was wondering if anyone had any idea's on where I should look? Does anyone know anyone who makes them locally for decent price? Any information would help out tremendously. Thanks
