Is this a dropped pitman arm?

Picked up this 1991 XJ with lift already installed.
I was looking for info on pitman arms so I could figure this out.
Is this a dropped pitman arm or does it look stock?

looks dropped along with the sway bar.

what are the specs on the lift?

Hard to tell from a pic,measure it,stock is 3".

Compare it to a ZJ arm, if dropped then should be same or just compare to a XJ in a parking lot.

Here is what I measured, so it looks like stock.

as long as the draglink and the track bar are parrallel, your ok.

those are drop brackets so im assuming it has atleast a 4.5 lift and hopefully has an adjustable track bar.

those look like RE drop brackets without the braces...
