Quality of non CAPA

I was curious of the quality of non capa certified aftermarket replacement parts? I'm currently needing to replace my fenders, header pannel, grille, headlight door r/l.

The prices between them are like $40 for the non CAPA and like $150 for the CAPA. This stuff doesn't need to be perfect but it does need to line up and do it's job. Any ideas?

As a claims adjuster, all I can say is it depends.

Some non-capa parts are pretty good. Some are just trash. I personally wouldn't buy a non capa part sight unseen (meaning being able to hold it in my hands and check every angle of it, not a website pic).

In the end, just remember, you get what you pay for.
