clutch help!!!

i replaced my slave cylinder a little bit ago, went out four wheeling and snag my clutch hose on somethig it is now leaking, does n e one know whjere i can get just the hose the dealership sells only the three part combo, master slave and hose, help please, its a 96

Look at brake lines and match the ends and the legth.Might have to go hard lines.
