Converting 02KJ NP242 to my 00XJ

I just bought a 02 KJ (Liberty) NP242 TC. This unit will be going on my 2000 XJ. Several things I have noticed about the KJ 242. Both the front and rear output are 32 spline, of course the rear is a slip yoke for now. The rear bearing housing is the newer style, but does not have a speedo hole. I need a SYE so I planned on doing some conversion work anyway. The front output kinda surprised me since it is bigger than my current 231's. Anyone ever done something like this with a newer 242? I'll keep you informed as I slug along. Dont get impatient me last conversion (WJ brakes) took 18 months of parts gathering before wrench turning.
