The Black Jeep still works good, and it loves the 4.3. Bryan drove 90% of the trail in 2wd.

Phil made a trail without breaking something. More importantly, he made it there and back without breaking something like his entire drivetrain. :D

I was very bummed to see how much stacking had gone on before us. The best obstacles were like a roadway.

Sprung Under and Lovin it! was the theme for the weekend...

Add 2 parts XJ, a few parts TJ, and a bunch of carburators, shake around on swamp lake for a while - and what do you get?

another great weekend that I didnt spend in the shop.... :D

On the way out, we called Scrappy - and told him:
we have an extra seat
we will be wheeling in your back yard
we'll be pulling through ardound 10:30

he has decided that he hates wheeling so much that he sold both his rigs, and would rather lay under someone's cherokee and benchpress a STaK than go wheeling... lame...

signs at the trailhead -

Phil decided Roberts's Jeep counts as an obsticle -

all in all a good run - nice easy trail with no places to get really hung up or really break any thing -
great scenery...

next time Ill have to remember to use bug spray before sleeping in the back of a very open XJ...
