Any one know this XJ

I am a student at Tarranty County Community College In Texas. As i drive up to my welding class, i see an XJ in the Paint and Body shop parking lot. It has been abandoned for quite sometime now and i would like to see if the owner would like to sell it. It has a SOCAL XJ sticker on the side window that is why iam am asking you SOCALer's.

Any help is much appreciated.
