As many of you know ages ago I had some interest in placing a AMC 360 in my XJ, well funds ran dry and that idea is going the way of the cowboy.
The current project is laid out and I am running into some dead ends. I need to either rebuild my Dana 30 in front (I have a 44 for the rear) or find an alternate. I am going to install a 5.5" Extreme Duty Long Arm RE lift, bumpers, nerf bars, etc.
I haven't the slightest clue where to get a rebuilt AW4 or a front axle that will swap. If anyone is willing to take a few minutes some afternoon on a chat medium to kind of talk this out with me that would be great. I make more sense on there. (olinewoodside for Yahoo).
