Quick D35c Disc conversion question

Alright gonna price the parts i need for the upgrade and my question is on the D35c is it the jeep zj parts or the crown vic parts that bolt in directly without having to clearance them? Did a search and couldn't find the specific answer i was looking for.
 
If you get ZJ disc brake parts from a ZJ that has a d35 out back it'll work. If you get ones off a ZJ with a d44a in the rear, the holes will be too big for the axle tubes.

No clue on the crown vic part.

no, that won't matter.
what you need to find is a ZJ in the junkyard with a D35 in it.
I don't think the D44A stuff will work.
likely any ZJ with a 4.0 is going to have a D35.
