Strange noise - first accelleration

Hi gang! I have a strange noise, almost like a rattle, that coming from the front of the jeep as I accellerate through first gear just prior to the transmission shifting to second gear. The catch is it only does this the first shift of the trip. After that, no worries, shifting is flawless. Fluid appears to be fine and was changes about 3k ago.
