Whats the best all around tire you guys have used i have bf goodrich mts now and their great but their to small now at 35 inchs on 1 tons i was looking for a good tire for rock crawling and snow/ice.

All around tire, depending on your definition of "all around" I would say either an AT or an MT.

I've been very happy with the performance of my TrXus MTs and Maxxis Bighorns in all different kinds of terrain. I would recommend either of those based on my experiences.

If DD is not a concern, go with a set of 38.5"x14.5"x15" TSL SX's. I have them on my CJ, great tire in all conditions.
