Stock Bumper Upgrade Q's---

I have a '94 sport 2wd... since it's a 2wd, I don't plan on a lift, or any off-road mods. I would however, like to upgrade it a little. Is it possible to install a '97 up front bumper and bumper caps with the fog lights in them onto my 94 without any crazy cutting? I realize that I will have to cut my stock flares off where the bumper cap wraps around, or install '97 up stock flares? Has anyone done this? Does anyone have a '97 up front bumper/caps/flares they would like to sell??? Someone surely has to have one after all the aftermarket bumpers and flares I see out there? Is the 97 fender longer?

the fender needs to be cut as well as the flare. the 97 & up fenders dont extend down past the bumper line like the 96 & older.
