Right side RE leaf sags

so a few thousand miles ago and about 6 months ago i finished my Re 5.5 lift kit with full leaf packs on my 96. I put 33's on and its been great. I started noticing that my truck sags on the right rear. you can see it more when i have a passengwer with me so i think it is also softer. it sags about 1/2" to 3/4" but is noticable. i measured from the ground to the leaf bolts (not the top of the shackle) One thing i wanna throw in here is when i got my truck it had a 2" lift and it sagged because i snapped part of the bootom leaf then eventualy snapped the whole thing. My leafs are not broken but the second one up is kinda sideways and sticks out a little like it is not tight with the pack. what does anybody think should i call RE ir anything i should look for?
