Hey all , hears the dilema..I upgraded to a 44 with disks up front aand a 44 with drums rear
its a 94 so I gather i have a single booster type deal..
so I need a upgrade.
I would like to go disk in the back..I have a line on some ZJ stuff for that
but Im not sure on what booster and mc to go with..

so i need a booster form a 96 up cherokee.?

not sure on the double daiphram years

And a new mc either from a E350 or dakota yes???
Im leaning the dakota way..any input or links would be appreciated..

'95 and up have dual diaphram boosters. The '95 is supposed to be a direct fit to the '94s (I have one for my '94, but haven't installed it yet). I belived later years may require some mods to the actuator rod, but don't quote me on that. When you get it, make sure you get the M/C with it as they are very different. You may also need to get a new prop valve. I haven't yet, and my rear brakes seem to be OK (8.8 discs) but I do plan to put in an adj. one when the new booster/MC goes in (I'll also be cutting out all the ABS junk at that time as well). Search and you should find a bunch of threads on these topics.
