I would say start at 28 and feel it out from there.

Thanks alot guys for pointing me in the right direction. I'm so out of my realm when it comes to Jeeps - well, i'm alot better than I was when I got this thing last august. And i've also gotten to be the pretty hardcore wheeler especially considering the XJ's my DD - although my 04 GTI VR6 should be coming outa retirement here as winter comes to an end. If you guys ever need VW help just let me know - its about all I have to offer to you all, oh except for if you still have a RENIX fuel pump resistor hooked up get out there and ditch that thing.
