rancho lift ?

just wondering .......I found a 3'' rancho lift on craigs list with full leaf packs and I can't seem to find a dealer that sells this lift, I just wanted to compare $ and cent. any help would be great.

I bought this lift in winnipeg with shocks from a parts source. all told parts were like 1500. way too much in my opinion as i just bought a RE 4.5" full short arm system for 1750. The RE performs better and comes with sway bar disconnects and the t-case drop, oh yeah all 4 control arms too. The rancho kit rides like a brick.
