Bellhousing Swap

Ok guys I have almost giving up on my internal slave cylinder and so I have searched and have not found what I am looking for? I ran out to the junk yard today and found a bellhousing throwout its all there from a 1999 xj my is a 1991 ax15 I want to swap to the external slave bellhousing will these to years interchange just the bellhousing throwout fork and slave not the hole trans
