Alright got a 91 xj with a 8.25 rear (honestly dont know the splines) and i am wondering if anyone makes a spool or mini spool for this rear end or if i am just gonna have to weld it up.

Nope, weld it up.
Its a 27 spl. axle.
There is a Lock Right for that spl. axle though.

i have had both in my 27 spline 8.25. dont bother with the lockrite just weld it IMO

only problem i have with welding it up is that it is going to be a daily driver for awhile. I'm only runnin 31's though and the biggest i will run will probably only be 33's

My 99 is a DD and I have a welded 8.25 29spline. Works fine for me.
