Front Yoke Seal Replacement help!?

My front yoke is leaking!!!! Here are some pictures... What part do I need and how much is it going to cost, and how do I replace it?

I currently have a PORC SYE installed if that matters... and I really hope I don't have to take the TC apart again, but just let me know what the deal is.

Alright well thanks for the help (not)... The seal was like 7 or 8 dollars at the local auto parts store. They had one luckily... It was actually quite easy to replace so those of you that find this one day and would like to know how... just ask.
