#6 cylinder Sparkplug issues

so i had one blow out, and i replaced it with a new one...and it came loose at about 90k....

anyone have this experiance?

how does a spark plug blow out and who doesnt change them before 90k

thats what i want to know...i change mine every 6-8 months....mine came loose at 90miles after i put a new one in

This is what a blown out spark plug looks like. I think what caused it in my case is that the ceramic insulator was cracked at assembly so, it melted from the inside out...
