check engine light came on, tested it and it read: dtc:21. O2 sensor input voltage maintained above normal operating range. Is the fix for this just to change the O2 sensor? thank you.

Yep just get a new o2 sensor. Peace good luck

Usually. Have a look and make sure the wiring to it isn't up against the exhaust manifold.

thanks alot, i have a spare O2 sensor sitting here i'll put in, and check the the wiring to make sure it's not in harms way.
