Everything matches up and lines up perfectly except the wiring that connects to the dryer. Do i need to find a adapter to get my oem wiring to connect to the newer dryer or can i cut and splice the wires from the newer dryer?

don't bet the farm on this answer, but I'll give you my best guess:

because R134 opperates at a higher pressure than r12, you will want to use the switch from the '94 dryer, but splice it into the '91 harness to control the clutch coil.

-- lemme know how it works as I'm planning the same in the future....
