Best minor lift for stock '99

My '99 XJ is in great shape with about 130,000 miles, but the suspension is getting tired and I'd like to lift the body a few inches - nothing radical, and the Jeep is certainly not a rock crawler.

What parts (just springs and shocks) should I replace, and made by whom?

Look up budget lift.. That will help you alot

there is an overwhelming plethora of information everywhere online about this stuff...the setups and combinations are endless...

you can go with coil spacers up front and shackles in the back

coil spacers and AAL

coil spacers and new spring packs

new coils and AAL

new coils and shackles

new coils and new packs

junkyard coils and bastard packs

...the list goes on and on...

...search buttons are your friend, and a google search on a 2" budget boost will make a world of difference...

If your willining to spend the dough go Old Man Emu. My friends rig has them and it rides really nice compared to my stock 96 with new shocks.

you can get whatever budget lift you want but make sure you get some new shocks.
