re-enforce the unibody!

i want to re-enforce the unibody on my 90 cherokee. im going to be putting an exo cage on it next month and wanted to know if anyone has any ideas how to streinghten the unibody .i have heard when i run the exo, to take the back seat out and cut holes in the roof and in the floor. and to run the tube from the top of the exo down throught the cab and weld it to the frame. i dont know if that will work but i had heard that from somewhere and was looking for some other ideas or verification on that . :helpme:

plate it. all of it. big angle iron, form up "unibody stiffeners" lots of ways to do it.
