Cj Borg Warner NWC T5 Transmission

I'm looking or info on Cj Borg Warner NWC T5 Transmission. Has any one done this swap on the 4.0l (Future plan). I would be doing the swap on my current motor the 2.5L. My 85 AX-5 is on the way out. I know the 2.5l will need a 14 spine input. I should be able to get an imput shaft from an S-10 since they used a T5 as well. Not sure if the AX5 will work on the Jeep T5.
I could probly use the whole Trans form a 4x4 S-10 with a 2.5l the Bell pattern should be the same?

Why would you want to use that transmission? I hated the T5 in my Scrambler. POS.

Swap in a AX15 and call it good?
