steering box reinforcement and tow hooks

i have a 2000 and woult like to strengthen up the steering box area as i am already getting noises and i think its working its way lose, so before i start cracking the frame i want to get the crok plates. maybe the jks weld on ones tho. i also have front C4x4 tow hooks on there with there brackets. with the jks plates or the crok plates work with these? anybody use them for both? im also plannin on down the rd getting a winch bumper, how will that interfere with the plates?

Just get the C-Rok inside frame plate only if you are planning on getting a winch bumper. Any quality winch bumper will have tie in plates that will reinforce the outside of the frame.
