Wiring Heated O2 Sensor

The 2nd o2 sensor located near cat converter has been torn out, and now the plug that connects the o2 sensor and the chassis is gone.
I am trying to wire the o2 sensor.
O2 sensor has white, white, gray and black wires and
wires from chassis are green, tan/lightbrown, and two dark wires that look solid black.

Not sure what wires go where and I've been searchin and found nothin significant.
Anytip would be appreciated

#1. Dark-green/white is +12v from the PDC for the heater
#2. Black is the chassis ground for the heater
#3. Brown/yellow is the sensor ground
#4. Tan/white is the sensor wire to the computer
