New XJ owner,error code help

Hi from Australia,new 95 XJ owner and mostly very happy but have just had engine light come on and have traced error code 33 & 52.Have been losing power on and off and have to start in neutral on occasion.Cps? looks like a common problem.

Code33-Air conditioning clutch relay circut(change your relay)
code52-oxygen sensor,rich condition indicated.(Could be a number of things)
Having to start in neutral sounds like the Neutral Saftey Switch.Hope this helps.
