1993 Fuse Layout

I saw the great fuse layout below for 2000/2001's.

My son has a 1993 and we don't have the owners manual. Can someone please tell me where the Horn fuse should be (and what AMP)? Also, does it have a horn relay like the 2000/2001 fuse layout below shows.

Horn fuse is 25 amp in the 11 slot. Relay is under dash to the right of the steering column. You normally should be able to hear or feel it click if it is working.
