ideas on grinding/whining noise?

When I make a right turn up an embankment (like turning off the road into an elevated parking lot), I get a whining/grinding sound from the front right wheel. When I straighten back out, I get the same noise in the left wheel except it's a lot quieter. It does not seem to happen any other time. Any ideas on what I should be looking for?

This is with the stock suspension, btw.
