Squeaking in front driverside wheelhub?

I just got new wheel bearings and a spindle (no idea what that is, but it was on the bill) on the drivers side and now there is a loud squeaking noise on that side. After maybe 15-20 minutes of driving it goes away, but i figure I should inquire about it anyways. It doesn't squeak until I get to about 5 mph, but after that I can hear it with my radio pretty loud. Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated. If it help the front axle is a d30 and I have 3.5" on 31's.

why not take it back to who did the work and ask why it is squeaking?

I thought about that, maybe I will give them a call and see if he'll take a look at it. If it was something minor, I thought I might give it a go at trying to fix it, but it is rather cold outside and working without a garage is shitty.
