A/C ticking

Anyone ever get a ticking at idle from something in the A/C on a 98? I unplug the sensor at the top of the A/C condensor and it stops. Doesn't throw a code about it. Not a huge bother, and its not consistent, only comes on when at idle then goes away when I accelerate.

Would be nice to know as well because I see to get it when its especially cold outside, only at idle as well, and comes from the condensor (?), not the compressor, on the belt.
