Federal and California O2 sensors

Anyone put a Federal O2 sensor in a California reg. XJ? Or vice versa?

Just curious after replacing my CPS and working to troubleshoot (thanks again everyone) if this has caused problems for anyone? Such as failed emmissions test, poor mpg, etc.

I replaced my O2 Sensor, but I don't remember there being a choice, nor am I even sure if my Jeep is a Cali model. Anyways I didn't notice any difference before or after it. Sorry I couldn't help more though...
