Headlight Harness?

I remember a while back some people talking about putting in a new head light harness. It is supposed to make the lights brighter. I already have the Hella H4 lights with PIAA bulbs. They are alright, but I would like to get the most I can out of them. Any body know about the harness and where is a good place to get them? Thanks.

Danial Stern lighting sells a kit that you can put together. It comes with all the relays, plugs and fuze holders. All you supply is the wire. I think it sells for around 50 bucks, which is worth it cause some of the plugs are hard to find.
