NAXJA Forum User
I want to build a new tie rod and draglink for my jeep but no noe it Vermont carries Dom tubing or Cromeolly also what size tubing do you recemend 1.5" .250 wall ect.? AND WHERE CAN I GET IT

Any steel yard can order DOM tubing, the problem is you have to either order a 20' peice or pay a fee for cutting.

Look up Polyperformance and Spidertrax, they both sell various lengths of DOM tubing and will ship it. The size depends on what ends you plan to use. You'll need tubing with the ID size to fit the threaded inserts for the ends that you'll use, and it should be at least .250 wall.

For Chromloy I use Aircraft Spruce(excellent same day service). For DOM Ive used AED Motorsports and Ballistic Fabrication.
