88 front seat base on an '01?

I picked up a 1988 front seat bracket (driver's side) at the you wreck it today. It has the tilt as well as forward and back slide. Anyone ever put one of these under a new seat?

yea i put older seats on the newer frame... break out the welder my friend.

I want to put newer seats on the older frame and the older frame into my newer rig.
