What Lockright do I buy?

I've got a 91 Laredo with an auto and a dana 35.

I want to buy a lockright for it, and I see that they have c-clip and non c-clip applications/part numbers. I am not sure if I have a c-clip axle or not.

Now here's the kicker.

I have a Dana 35 full floater kit with manual hubs. So should I use the non-c version?





Actually it looks like the powertrax no-slip is the one that specifies c-clip and all that.

Are the shaft splines the same as stock with the full floater kit??

If you get a lock-right for a c-clip axle, it won't matter if you put a full floater kit in it or not.

I'm not sure on the shaft splines, but I do know the kit originated in an 88 xj d35.

I'm confused about the manual hubs... WHy put manual hubs on a rear axle?

its not just the hubs.

The full floater kit means no c-clips which means no wheels falling off when an axle breaks.

Plus if it breaks, you can unlock the hub and drive home.
