Thermal coating

Well.... I got back from JV and figured no time like now to get the next project started. So.. I ripped out the seats, the carpet, vacumed, washed, vacumed and washed again and then...... started painting. First layer is in

I want carpet gone. I flooded the inside of my jeep once and it took me 2 years to dry it. When I pulled the carpet out, it wasn't in the best shape underneath...... so, I think that the decision to abandon the carpet is a good one
