Wiring headache

I recently swapped my blown 4.0 in a 94 cherokee. I am wiring and have 3 black wires on the passenger side on the firewall. I zip tied the 3 together and arent sure where they go again. Im thinking there probably grounds but im not positive. One has a thin yellow stripe on it.

Im also having problems finding out where the crankshaft position sensor plugs in. The sensor itself is on the flywheel but I cant figure out where it actually plugs in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
