GPS mounting ideas....

I picked up a Lowrance/Eagle GPS and I'm looking for places to mount it in my '90 XJ.

The CB radio is on the PS tranny hump, the shifter bezel has ARB switches and I'm thinking that I could mount it to the dash over the air vent below the radio and HVAC controls.

Any other ideas? Anybody done this with a Baja 540, 480 or 320?

I am mounting my 540c in place of the factory air bag. Removed the cover, glassing the cover in the rear and hard mounting it.

I assume the passenger side airbag? ;) This is a '90 so it doesn't have airbags except for the one driving it.

I was looking at the glovebox and wondering how important it really is and thinking I could remove the lid and mount it in there on an arm.
