Tried goof off, mineral spirits, caster oil, WD-40, and alcohol, it just balls up and wont come off of mt rockers. What did you guys use?

If the paint it factory you can use lacquer thinner.

liquid Zippo lighter fluid works wonders on glues-- squeeze a bit onto it and let it set for a minute-- should ball up as others and wipe off afterward
