Vacumn Disconnect - lube question - 1988 Cherokee

Hi
I was wondering if someone could tell me how the gears in the vacumn disconned are lubed. Swapping out the old axel with another D30 with 4.56 gears. Replaced the seals on the replacement axel, just wondering if it's lubed from the oil in the diff, or I need to grease it up.

Haven't pulled the old axle yet, not sure what I'll find when I take the vacumn assembly off it. Want to stay with the vacumn set up for now, plan on changing it over to a cable lock later.

Thanks
