Looking at buying an 88 wagoneer on spec only for $650, 4.0 auto, what can I expect for t/c and rear diff? my 89 limited auto had a 242 and d35,same?.

if its the wagoneer like im thinking of (wood grain trim, all power options etc), then it probably will come with a NP242 and it might have a Dana 44 or Dana 35. the Dana 44's are most common in 87's and 88's.
