Have an '01 Limited, 3" ProComp lift, Procomp steering stabilizer, and adjustable track bar, but the steering feels kinda numb, or dead, slow reacting, don't know, but it's only really in the 1-11 area. Would a drop pitman fix this?

Adjusting your steering box might help.

What exactly do you mean by numb, or slow reacting? If you mean it fee;s like you have a dead spot, you turn the wheel slightly and nothing happens, then you need to have someone turn the wheel slightly back and forth while you look at the steering linkage to see what's happening and is there slop somewhere. You could have a steering joint that is bad, or the track bar bolt could be loose, or whatever.
