Bar Pin Bolts

My XJ as at a shop being lifted right now. The person before me had the shock wleded in place by the bar pin. The bolts and bar pin were welded to gether. Now it has all been ground away. I have not been able to go look at it. Is it possible to replace the bolts and nuts that mount the bar pin?

Better yet - you can install a bar pin eliminator (BPE) such as the ones available from JKS (www.jksmfg.com) - these were some of the first mods I made to my XJ.
