shock help

Ok, i just put on a 3" lift on my 91 xj. I am doing this on a budget so without spending a whole lot of money, what is the cheapest route to go with shocks. I really don't want to do extenders or anything i would like some 3" shocks for it. Are there othere vehicles that would work on it? Also if anybody has any for sale let me know.
