Yesterday, my '97 XJ Sport began blowing only superhot air into the passenger cabin; regardless of the temperature control setting. All of my analog instrument settings look legitimate so I'm not concerned about an engine cooling issue.
This appears to be a HVAC control issue. Can anyone here enlighten me as to likely causes of this problem?
Note, I repaired the evaporator core in this vehicle last December with the assistance of an AC repair facility. I do not suspect this is related to the evaporator core replacement but I could be wrong.
I have not made any attempt to examine the vehicle before posting this message.
Thanks,
Rick
