2000XJ radiator leak

My wife's 2000XJ with auto and AC is leaking from the radiator on the passanger side.

Of course I am going out of town tomorrow for work.

What is involved in replacing the radiator?

What wikll the dealer hit me for this if I have her drop it off while I am gone?

Is it worth it to upgrade to an after market unit?

I just did this swap on mine. quite straightforward. should take maybe 2 hours(?) probably a little spendy if the dealer does it though. I got a 2 row oem replacement, fits fine works well, and i've had it offroad a few times now.

Make sure you get the proper tool to pull the transmission line off located at the bottom. I got one from the local parts house. It worked, but was not the best choice. The dealer or a friend might have a better one.
