Hack N Tap Torque

I am planning on doing a hack n tap on my 99 xj and the kit does not say what to torque the center bolt on the flange or the four that bolt the driveshaft to the flange anyone have any ideas?

Look at his article, I think it says,

I torqued the center bolt to 35ft/lbs and the flange bolts to 65ft/lbs(based on the size of the bolts)
